Guess who is back...?

After far too long I have decided to rekindle this blog, welcome back Exposure!  A few weeks ago I spent a glorious weekend in North Yorkshire.  Being an East Yorkshire lass I was looking forward to exploring the North of my home county, and it did not disappoint.  We stayed in the extremely picturesque village of Thwaite.

One on England's earliest wildlife photographers, Cherry Kearton  was from this very pretty village.  I was not fortunate to snap any wildlife but I did try my best to capture the stunning countryside.

Beautiful Berlin

A magnificent visit to the wonderful city of Berlin! A welcoming city with sooooo much history. The people were friendly, the beer V nice and the sun shone! 24 hours in this city was not enough! These photos show some of the images that are related to Berlin, the Berlin Wall and The Memorial to murdered Jews.

St. Davids

A long bank holiday weekend took us to Wales and to the smallest city in the UK...St. Davids. We stayed in a excellent campsite and camped on the top of a cliff with amazing views over the sea. A short walk down to the beach - perfect for water sports and BBQs!

Scenes from Pendle Hill

Hello, just a few photos from a winter scene at Pendle Hill in Lancashire. Cold but refreshing walk which we completed in Jan 09. A flask of hot tea was much needed when we reached the top!

The great Gower get-a-way!

I would totally recommend a visit to Gower. Beautiful sights, surf filled beaches and sun kissed sunsets. We visited during the rainy season of 2008, however, that rain just added to the atmosphere and beauty of the Welsh countryside!

Scafell Pike via Corridor route!

These pictures were taken during a day walking in The Lakes. The weather was very kind to us - although it did get a bit misty when we approached the corridor! It cleared as we made the final scramble up to the summit. It was a busy walk with lots of people wanting to complete one of Wainwright's walks and bag the highest peak in England!
